Thank your for your quick answer! Yes, I've already asked the main tutor for help, and she told me to consult the SDL team again.

Since the software has been made available to me by my university, it wasn't required to create an account. So first I entered the license key to work with the program, and then I created the account-so no licenses or products are attached to my account.

Is there still a possibility for me to download SDL MultiTerm?
