While opening Multiterm I get an error message and Can't open it. The message is: Root element is missing. I need urgent help! I even re-installed the software but nothing helps.

Error message on Trados Studio software stating 'Root element is missing' with an OK button and a link to Knowledge Base Community. And this is the only comment about it. Please help ASAP, I can't wait for the answers in forever as this software has to work for my studies session, people. Thanks.
