It would be helpful if you can confirm which Studio version you are using.

Also please update both Studio and MultiTerm to the latest stand (Help- Check for Updates) and post the actual version numbers here on the thread.

Next- close both Studio and MultiTerm- ensure you are logged on as ADMIN and not as USER on the PC and then right-click the applications to start and 'Run as Administrator'.

Do the problems persist?

I am using Studio2019 15.0.6.56482. I guess this is the latest version as I do not see notifications to update. 

I have opened Multiterm as Administrator and tried again to create a glossary but had same error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I can however now open the newly created database. I will try to popouate it and see what happens.

This is very bizarre, it is as if Multiterm was not recognizing me anylonger.

I have restarted my PC.

I have started Multiterm as Administrator with the right click (although I have never done this before, as it was not required) but when I try to modify a database structure I cannot see the tree in the Termbase Management window. Any idea what am I doing wrong?

Could you please help, as I am really in need to use it.

It's a rather old version of Trados Studio. Please update it, and check also MultiTerm and check if the errors still persist…

They should be:

⯈ SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007
⯈ SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.56482

I have done all updates, and Multiterm is indeed 15.0.6.56482.

Also Trados Studio is up to date to 15.2.8.3007
