From what I understand you are having problems removing duplicates in MultiTerm.

I have no context to better understand the issue you are reporting.
Have you searched the community to see if your scenario matches others how have had the same scenario as you or the gateway perhaps?

How are you trying to remove the duplicates? I agree with this recommendation: https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/multiterm/3560/deletion-of-multipe-entries#:~:text=Multiterm%20does%20not%20provide%20any,with%20%22Synchronise%20on%20index%22.

If you want to remove duplicates and merge terms with multiple translations, you can try the Glossary Converter and "merge" the file with itself: https://cerebus.de/glossaryconverter/help/UsingMergeonaSingleFile.html

If it's only exact duplicates you're after, the Converter is unfortunately not the solution.
