MultiTerm Encountering irregularities during import

Question

Hi, 
 I have a SDL Trados Studio 2017 license. We are using SDL Multi Term to convert Termbase to MTF file. 
 When I'm trying to convert my files from .MTF format I receive the below error: MultiTerm encountered irregularities during import. Please check the information in the log file. 
 
 Can you please help with this issue.
