 Unfortunately, you have again provided only the minimal of information and the smallest possible screenshots. 
 Without seeing the 'bigger picture' it's really difficult to offer constructive advice or help. 
 When exactly did the issue arise? After an update? Are you using a High Resolution screen? 
 Perhaps try resetting Windows Layout
