I'd recommend you use the Glossary Converter for a conversion like this.  The MultiTerm export is based on years of believing termbases are not designed for excel spreadheets because of how a concept-oriented dataset should work.  There s some truth to this, and the more complex the termbase becomes the harder it is to manage properly in Excel.

However, you just have a very simple structure to your termbase so the glossary converter will handle this very easily and put one entry per row with synonyms separated by a pipe symbol and the comments aligned on the same row.
