Hello,
I'm using Trados Studio 2021 for my class and I can't seem to download SDL Multiterm and Glossary Converter. I've tried to follow steps provided from my Professor yet I can't seem to find a solution. I even have a professional license for my school yet the SDL Appstore prevents me from downloading these apps. Could someone help me with this please? Thank You.
If your University is part of the Academic Partner Program then you should have been access to here:

Any questions you have should be posted into the forums in there because we sometimes share information that is only available to students who are studying with one of Academic Partner Universities. Your question is relevant to this because you cannot download from the appstore unless you have your own personal licence of Trados Studio in your account. Being able to use Studio because you have been provided with an appropriate licence is not enough.
To get around this restriction we have created a Private AppStore specifically for the University Academic Partners and the instructions for accessing it can be found in here:
If you don't have access to this guide then you need to speak to your Professor and ask him/her to provide you with the University token that all Partner Universities have been provided and this can be used to automatically add this group to your list of accessible RWS Community groups.
