I have an open termbase for the file I'm working on. I have added a few new terms as I go along and there is a slight pause when the terms seems to be saved but then, when I go to the next segment with the term in it, termbase does not offer it as an option. I have tried with several different terms but there seems to be a retrieval error. I have updated Termbase to the most recent version and also reorganised the Termbase but it hasn't improved the situation.
Any suggestions?

Can you also clarify where your termbase is stored? Is it local to your machine meaning directly within C drive or do you have 3rd party solutions part of it like Dropbox/OneDrive?
