MultiTerm does not show results

Hello,

We have frequent problems with MultiTerm.

Often the termbase does not show any results, sometimes it does.

Currently nobody of the team gets any results.

Termbases are reorganized and there is no outstanding update available.

What can we do?

This is very embarrassing.

    Hi both,

    Your problem may not be caused by the same issues as Sabine's. The chances of her seeing your questions are slim, as she won't be following this thread any more if she has found a solution. Also, her solution may not be your solution.

    The best thing to do is for each of you to start a new individual thread describing as much as possible of how this is happening to you, starting with the questions asked Sabine, as follows:

    1. Which Studio and Multiterm versions are you running?

    2. Where are the termbases located, locally or on a server/shared cloud service?

    3. Does this happen with all the termbases, in general or a specific one?

    This way someone will be able to help you and if there is no solution found, they can open a case for each of you to talk a closer look.
