Hello everyone,
I am having a bit of a problem with Multiterm 2021 (16.2.1.1044): only one term appears when I open a glossary, even if there are several terms in it.
When I open the termbase in Trados (through Termbase Viewer), I can see all of my terms, as usual. But when I open the termbase in Multiterm, the hitlist is completely empty, but one term is opened of the right side.
Below are two screencaps to show what happens with one of my termbases: in Trados, the termbase works fine, but in Multiterm, everything is empty. The same thing happens with every single one of my termbases, so it looks like Multiterm itself is the problem.
Has anyone ever encountered this issue? If so, have you been able to fix it?
