Is it possible to create a translation memory on the basis of the Macmillan dictionary and examples of agreements? If yes, how to do this?

Question

I have a 30 days free trial of Trados Studio and just start to work with the program. I have a CD-ROM of Macmillan English Dictionary and a CD-ROM with examples of law agreements in English. In Trados Studio I want to start to translate an agreement from Russin into English. Is it possible to use the above mentioned resources while working in Trados? Is it possible to create a translation memory on the basis of the Macmillan dictionary and examples of agreements? If yes, how to do this?

 I'm not aware of any integrations to this resource. But it might be possible to use the weblookup plugin if there is an online site providing access to the Macmillan Dictionary?

 If you have access to an export of the contents of the Macmillan dictionary then it might be possible. A lot depends on the format of the data you have exported. Do you have this?
