Can't see notes on any term (its descriptive fields) in Multiterm 2021 anymore.
Have updated to Windows 11 and had to allow greater working memory because my termbase is so large. What is it I need to do?

This implies you could see it prior to updating your current version to Windows 11, is that correct?
In this case, please can you try the following with your termbase:
1. Open it in Multiterm - ensure Multiterm is updated to the latest build :
Trados Studio 2021 SR2- 16.2.9.9198
MultiTerm 2021 - 16.2.1.1044
and reorganize the terms.
2. Export the termbase in an Excel and import it in a new created termbase.
For this, the Glossary Converter is very handy and easy to use: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYuSiN1bVfQ
Hope it helps!

Dear Oana,
Many thanks for your detailed reply above. Not seeing the fields (and not even being able to add any such field under a term) was such a problem for me that when I still didn't have any answer not long before you wrote me, I fiddled yet more with Multiterm and found out it was enough to switch to a different layout. Now I'm using the Flags Layout and it shows me the fields just fine.
I feel sure, actually, that I had tried that before describing my problem to the Community, as well as having restarted both Multiterm and even the whole computer at that time. Perhaps there was just some momentary glitch which was solved by even more restarting.
In any case, I'm sorry that I hadn't yet quite removed my query from the Community site, and highly appreciate your effort to help!
Sincerely,
Philip
