Converting an Excel file with terms separated by semicolons into a Termbase

Hi all! 
 I have an Excel file where some of the terms look like this: 
 
 What is the easiest way to convert this into a Termbase, so that the terms separated by semicolons appear as synonyms?

Hmnn... I can't see your file. But assuming they are entries in an excel file with mulyiple entries separated by semicolons then just use the glossary converter with a semicolon as the separator instead of the pipe symbol.
