Sdl studio trados 2019 cannot use my TM's

Question

Hello 
 I have a very urgent request. 
 I downloaded once again studio 2019 to my PC because I sent it for repair so there NO TM at all right now. 
 I tried to translate a very urgent document but could not use my TM . 
 I got a message error : 
 The current parameters are not compatible with the Translation provider Uri Schema. 
 I tried another name, another language pair, another file to check if the problem is with the file or with trados 
 I uninstalled and reinstalled trados. 
 Nothing helps and I am in a big trouble with my urgent work. 
 
 Thansk you for an urgent help. 
 I don't mind if you want to take control of my PC as long as I find a real fast solution

Via a remote session w e managed to solve the issue by moving the TMs and termbases from the Desktop folder where they were to the folder My Documents. the clients Desktop might have a synchronization issue and this is the reason why Studio cannot open them. We have opened the TMs and termbases successfully from My Documents.
