Multiterm installation

Hi, I purchased a 2014 Trados Freelancer a few weeks ago, but I got some problem. I sent a message on a multiterm installation issue weeks ago, but he gave me some comments but did not give me an answer.. I  still have a problem of failing to install the multiterm desktop file. I asked many people at SDL in my country but they said they don't know what the problem is.. The installation page does not go to the next page(The loading signal does not move in the middle) I think it is not a computer problem because I bought my new laptop only a few weeks ago and tried to set up this program. If I cannot solve this problem,please let me get a refund or anything for a reimburse. I have never used this program even after the purchase.... Please help me. Thank you

    If you have not resolved this problem yet please contact the support team and they'll be able to help you out.  Go to the Knowledgebase;

    Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now go here;

    Download & Installation Problems

    - I use SDL Trados Studio and/or SDL MultiTerm 2011, 2014 or 2015

    -- I receive an error message during installation

    --- I have disabled UAC during installation / I do not have Win Vista 7/8

    ---- None of the error messages match my issue / I tried the suggested resolution....

    So if you have tried everything suggested, when you get to this point you'll be presented with a form to contact support.  Complete all the fields in the form making sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

    Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form.
