Trados is working fine, but I can't open MultiTerm. It is not a license issue and it worked on the same device last semester. I urgently need advice for how to fix this. I tried unistalling and installing it again but that didn't work either. There is no error message either, nothing happens at all.
Please start with providing the versions of Trados Studio and MultiTerm you are using? The current versions should be these:
Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.3.11695
MultiTerm 2022 - 17.0.0.1685
It's important you have the correct pairing as they do share components.

These are the versions, yes. There is nothing to see in the editor in Trados as I never got the chance to ever use it before. And MultiTerm doesn't open so there is nothing to screenshot.

Anyway, try a reset (it's not the same as a reinstall which doesn't reset) and if it doesn't work I'll log case on your behalf. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart MultiTerm:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm16

Hey, sorry for the delay in reply. With tags I meant when I raised this question here on rws.com I put it into search tags but I can't see these tags anymore. I tried to reset it like you said, but that didn't work. Fortunately, the support could help me in a live session.
