MultiTerm Convert Error Opening

Question

Hello, 
 i'm new here and i hope i'm not wrong here. If so then please correct me. 
 I have some troubles with opening the MT Convert like shown in the picture. 
 Can someone help me with this? MT Converts seems to missing a file. 
 
 I'm using the version 17.0.0.1685 and Windows 10 21H2.
