MultiTerm 2015 does not recognize MultiTerm 2014 termabases

Question

Hello. I have just downloaded Studio 2015 (trial version) but MultiTerm 2015 does not recognize the termabases I use with MultiTerm 2014. Can anyone help me?

Hi, I found the answer here and it worked for me!

If you are using windows 7, please install Service pack 1 of Windows 7.

Hi Mayra, 
 I'm not sure what to suggest because there are no changes to the termbase structure that would prevent this. Can you share your termbase with me?
