I converted an Excel glossary to try uploading to MultiTerm but get this message when I try to open the .mtf or .xdt (no Termbase file was made):
I am using MultiTerm 2022 Convert - is that an 'unsupported version'??

No, it's supported.

Just checking, but did you mean "open them"? These files are not opened anywhere. MultiTerm Convert gets you the files you need to then create, or import, your termbase in Multiterm. Just in case it helps there's a short video here, 7-years old now but does show how to use MultiTerm Converter and also an alternative using the Glossary Converter. The Glossary Converter has got better and better over these years and I'd recommend you look at that unless you have a very specific reason for using MultiTerm Convert:
Thanks Paul! I've managed to import the converted file following the video instructions - very helpful!
I think I was attempting the 'Open Termbase' assuming the Convert app had already created a termbase for opening rather than clicking on 'Create Termbase' in order to use the converted .xdt to create a termbase in the first place.
