Problem with MultiTerm still exists - no possibility to look up words automatically

Dear Paul,

I deleted the following files as suggested:
BaseSettings.xml
UserSettings.xml
Settings.xml

but words still cannot be looked up automatically in MultiTerm. 
What else can I do?
