I don't work with it myself, but Transit supports numerous dictionary formats. Open at heart - Terminology exchange formats in TermStar NXT | STAR (star-spain.com)
You can use the glossary converter from the RWS AppStore to convert .sdltb files to tbx, which should then work for an import into Transit.
