I have tried to import a glossary in XML format into multiterm, but in the processing phase the result 0 is displayed, and no word is processed and recorded in the glossary of multiterm.

Where did you get the XML from? Is it a MultiTerm XML format?
Does the XML match the structure of the Glossary you are importing into?

Hi,
I solved the problem by changing some settings in the multiterm glossary I had created.
With the new settings, the XML file was imported.
I am not sure which settings I changed, but it worked!
