Hi Anatoly Dragan ,
I know Multiterm Widget can become annoying sometimes, although it is handy when you need it.
However, I'm afraid the only way to disable it, if I recall correctly - is if you remove Multiterm desktop completely from Control Panel, and re-install it again without the option to add the Widget back.
