Hello,
I am having issues with Multiterm 2019 Extract (15.0.0.0) and Windows 10, similar to those laid out in Support Gateway article 000013662. The "Process" action doesn't work, and most of the time I cannot shut down the software normally.
Are there any other fixes other than changing the installed java version?

The solutions we have available are the only options at the moment, and we understand it might not be ideal.
However and as an alternative, have you tried using plugins that extract candidate terms instead? Such as "project term Extract" , "termExcelerator" etc for instance?

I just found out about Multiterm Extract 2021 and 2022, do they have the same issues as the Windows 10 compatibility I mentioned in this post?
I cannot easily install software where I'm at, any information on Multiterm Extract 2022 & Windows 10 compatibility is appreciated :)
