When having several TB in a project and adding new terms via the Studio editor, how can we avoid adding terms to the wrong TB? How can we tell Trados to add a new term in the one TB and not in the other one?

When you select TBs under "Project Settings", one particular TB is always assigned to be the "Default" TB (you can select which one). New terms are always added only to this "Default" TB.

Thanks for your quick reply! And what if I'd like to choose in which TB I'd like to add a new term during the translation process? Shall I use MultiTerm directly or is there a way to "swich" in the Studio editor?

From the Studio editor you can click "Project Settings" and then click on a TB you are using and click "Default" to make it the default TB. After that, all the terms you add will go into that TB. Later, you can repeat the process to start adding terms to a different TB.
