用語集への登録ができない

用語集に用語が登録できなくなりました。3年前の投稿を参照して、「最適化」を試みようとしましたが、MultiTerm 2022 Desktopを開くと「メソッドが見つかりません」というメッセージとともに「お待ちください」の表示がでて、いつまでたってもゲージが処理中のままになり、まったく進みません。解決策を教えてください。

Ayako Furuta Do I understand you correctly - you cant add new terms into your Termbase? What sort of project type are you working with - it is project with resources given from someone else or is it a project you created using your own resources? What type of termbase are you working with - file based or GroupShare/Server Termbase? 
 Are you getting "method not found" in Studio or in MultiTerm? Can you save and add the error script to the post please? What are the exact versions of Trados Studio and MultiTerm that you have? Are they the same? Please give detail so I know how best to help Lyds
