MultiTerm export and convert to get an Excel file.

Question

Hello! 
 I tried to create a MS Excel glossary from a TermBase using Glossary Converter after exporting data into a sdltb file. 
 I got several error messages like these ones:

Any idea how I can fix this problem? 
 I tried to repair several programs from the c panel and deleted temporary files, but no way. 
 
 Pc version: Windows 10 v. 22H2 
 Multiterm version: Multiterm 2022 SR2 17.2.3.2795 
 Trados version: Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.10.19084

 Thank you for your reply. 
 Yes, I added an export step in the GC that doesn't need to be there, but then I dragged and dropped the sdlbt directly into the GC (as you explain) and these are the error messages I got... 
 What would you do?

 Can you share your termbase? Or at least a small part of it so I can test with something that still causes a problem for you.

 I'd like to but unfortunately I can't share it for confidentiality reasons. 
 I've (finally) managed to convert from my laptop, which means that the problem would rather come from my PC. 
 I don't know what's blocking it. 
 If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear from you.
