I caanot reset my Trados License

Dear Trados Support,

I am unable to reset my Trados license. I use Trados on Parallels, so I need to reset my license every time I reinstall the program. However, it says that I can only reset it every three months.

I would like my license to be reset on all computers, as I no longer use them. Right now, I am unable to use Trados due to this issue. Could you please reset my license for me?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Renan Dias Baptista

"Question improvement suggestion": Please provide the exact version of Trados Studio you are using and any error messages you are seeing. Also, let us know if you have tried any troubleshooting steps already.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello Renan Dias Baptista,

I understand that you're having trouble resetting your Trados Studio license. Here are the steps you can follow to reset your license:

    Step 1: Open Trados Studio.

Step 2: Go to the "Help" menu.

Step 3: Click on "Product Activation".

Step 4: Click on "Return License".

This will return your license to the license pool, allowing you to activate it on another computer. If you're still having trouble, it may be because you've reached the limit for license resets. In this case, you'll need to wait until the three-month period has passed before you can reset your license again.

If you're still unable to use Trados Studio after following these steps, it would be helpful if you could provide more information about the issue, such as the exact version of Trados Studio you're using and any error messages you're seeing.

I hope this answer addressed your question. If not, please reject the answer, add the question improvement suggestion information, and click the RWS Community AI checkbox on the right to try again.
