The fastest way to do this is to convert your termbases to csv format by using the Glossary Converter app: appstore.rws.com/.../198
For details on how to use the app please see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmgiSgSAwNw and https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/198?tab=documentation
Then merge your csv files according to the steps at this link https://www.supportyourtech.com/tech/how-to-combine-csv-files-a-step-by-step-guide/
If the files are not in any way confidential, you can use a free online tool to merge them for you.

Just to add a couple of things to Elisa's reply (which is correct). You could actually merge this all in one go, just be careful that you are merging termbases with a consistent definition. Here's a quick example of how to achieve this. I used three termbases covering German–English, German–French, and German–Italian language pairs, all focused on the topic of urban transport and mobility. While they share many core terms (e.g. Straßenbahn, Fahrkarte, Einbahnstraße), each also includes a few language-pair-specific entries that reflect local systems or culturally distinct terminology, such as Navigo-Pass in French and Area C in Italian. So the terms are not available in every language, but I will merge on German. And again note these are all simple termbases, just source and target languages. If you have more complex setups you better provide some small samples if you still need help after this:
