Multiterm 2015 doesnt work after instal some API. Can someone help me please?

Ihave install some API two days ago and since there MUltiterm 2015 has stopped to work. I have tried to uninstal it and install it again but nothing. Everthing is blocked. Please can someohne help me??? I have freelance plus and i have already use the two licence. Sorry for my english, i speak better german. Thank you for your help!

    I'm not sure I understand what you mean about installing some API, but I think it would make sense for you to log a support case. You can do this in German too. But b efore you do this please make sure you have installed the latest updates for Studio and MultiTerm as maybe this is what you meant by installing some API? If the products are not in synch you may have problems.

    If this doesn't help then log a support case. Go to the Knowledgebase;

    Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now go here;

    Download & Installation Problems
    - I use SDL Trados Studio and/or SDL MultiTerm 2009, 2011, 2014 or 2015
    -- The installation went fine but now I get an error message etc
    --- The problem occurs in (pick the appropriate tool/s)
    ---- None of the articles resolved my problem (if they didn’t!)

    Follow the route for your problem and if there is no answer that helps by the time you get to the end you'll be presented with a form to contact support. Complete all the fields in the form making sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

    Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form.
