One of my termbases won't show or update terms that I add. When trying to delete questionable terms in Multiterm, I receive the unknown message 'An error occurred when deleting the term cache'. I have no idea how to solve this so that I can remove terms from the database. MultiTerm 2021 Desktop (version 16.2.1.1044).
Update: I was able to remove the questionable terms in Trados Studio 2021, by opening the termbase viewer and deleting some terms. It seems that terms with either notes or definitions added by me were causing the error. By removing these terms I am now able to add new terms, but I would like to know if and why these definitions or notes cause this error.
Additional version info and steps to eliminate the error.
