MultiTerm doesn't work in Trados

When I try to connect the MultiTerm application to separate license server (on premise) the application gives me the following error:

Error message in MultiTerm application: 'Filename: redirection.config. Error: Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions.' Options: Knowledge Base, Community, OK.

I will be happy if anyone can help me with this issue.
