How can I delete several entries in one shot in a Multiterm database?

I imported a glossary in a database and I would need to delete those entries. How can I delete them all in one shot?

Hi, I guess one way to do this, and it's a bit messy, would be to export all the contents to XML and ensure you sort by entry number when you do it. Then carefully remove all the last entries which you imported in error making sure you don't corrupt the structure of the file. Then recreate your termbase using the same definition as your original termbase and import the XML file that now only contains the original content. I did a little test and it was pretty simple to do. Another way which seems a lot easier, might be to convert to a spreadsheet with the Glossary Converter. This has an option to add the entry number to a column in excel. It's simple to find the ones you just imported this way. You delete the rows you don't want and recreate the termbase with the Glossary Converter. I guess the more complex your termbase the more tricky this might be. I haven't played with this kind of operation in MultiTerm before ... and probably don't need to tell you it makes sense to back up the original before doing any kind of batch editing operations (sorry if that's salt in the wound). This of course is going to be more tricky if you merged any of the original content because you'll probably only get new entries out. Maybe someone here has a better idea? Regards Paul
