Multiterm base problem

Question

Hello. 
 I have a problem with my Multiterm base. In the termbase window (above to the right) I don't see anything but "No result", though I know that the termbase attached to the project (package sent by the client) contains a lot of words. Besides, these words are visible (marked in red) in the original text column. 
 When I begin translating the segment in question sometimes the termbase proposals appear and sometimes they do not. When I check the hitlist settings I see "no fields available". 
 I have already made all the necessary manipulations following the Multiterm user guide for freelancers - with no succes. Has anybody had the same problem?

The active window is the "Term Search" windows and not the "Term Recognition " window! 
You need to click on the tab "Reconnaissance terminologique" to display the term recognition window and then it will show the termbase matches. 
 
Whenever you have done a search, you need to switch back to the "Term Recognition" window.

It may be worth making sure you have the term recognition window active and not the search window? If you don't see the term recognition there try View -> Reset Window Layout. If you see the terms marked in the source column then it must surely be something like this.
