Term Extract doesn't process any input file

Question

Hello, 
 I wanted to try out SDL MultiTerm Extract and run the Bilingual Term Extraction Project, but it doesn't manage to process the input file (tmx). At the end I have tried to upload a really tiny tmx file (containing about 300 TUs and weighting 417 KB), but without success either: even after two hours of waiting nothing happens. 
 Could you tell me if there is something I'm doing wrong? 
 A few words about my environment: 
 Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit, 32 GB RAM, Intel i7-4810Mq 2.8GHz 
 Tools installed: Trados Studio 2015 Professional SR2 - 12.2.5099.5, SDL MultiTerm 2015 SR2 - 12.2.1629.0, SDL MultiTerm Extract 2014 SP2 - 11.2.0.0

You're welcome. Just to close this off, the problem is because MT Extract has a bug preventing it from handling TMX files coming from WinAlign or Workbench for example, or in this case from SDL TMS. 
 
The solution was to upgrade the TMX files to an SDLTM and then export them as a TMX from Studio. MT Extract handles the Studio TMX files ok.
