Installed MT on a Kaspersky protected machine - MT won't run

Even though both the installer for MT and the MT application itself are listed in Kaspersky as allowed software, when I install MT on such machine, no SDL MultiTerm folder appears in AppData, there is only a MT folder in programs, but with no MT exe file inside. A quite strange behavior.

What shall I do to get the MT software to install and run properly?
