Error 8007007e

Question

hello, I'm trying to create a glossary in Multiterm 2015 for the first time and i have a error message: 'retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID{C45C984F-6C2B-45C9-860C-0E2EBAC5EBBC} failed due to the following error: 8007007e. The specified module could not be found (Exception from HRESULT 0x8007007E). can you help me?
