Hi,
When trying to reorganize a (massive) multilingual TermBase glossary, I got the following error message
"File sharing lock count exceeded. Increase MaxLocksPerFile registry entry."
As a result, the search feature does not work within MultiTerm and that needs to be fixed.
I looked for a solution and found this MS KB article:

but I know I shouldn't fiddle around with registry entries so can you please help?
I was told to raise a ticket through Gateway but cannot find MultiTerm under the Products list and was redirected to here.
