Multiterm in Trados 2015 - cannot add terms, termbase loading

Question

Hello, I have Multiterm and Trados freelance+ 2015 installed on a 64bit Windows 10 machine. I currently also have Trados + Multiterm 2014 installed. I have a termbase open, and I keep having this problem of seeing "Loading termbases" when trying to add terms from within trados 2015. I do not seem to have the problem in 2014. I have tried everything, including reorganising the termbase, creating a new termbase and importing the terms from the "old" termbase (this worked for one session, but today I again see "Loading termbases..."). I have no problems with opening, adding, editing terms in the standalone Multiterm application. 
 I would appreciate any help!

Have you installed the 2015 version of MultiTerm? If not then please can you do this and see if this helps?

Good question! Many apologies for not getting back to this one. 
 
I think the next thing would be to do a MultiTerm reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart MultiTerm: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm12 
 
That was based on the problem being in MultiTerm 2015.

What version are you using and can I see one of your termbases? You can email one to pfilkin@sdl.com if this is ok.
