When trying to enable the termbase in Studio, a meesage telling that the default termbase has been changed and therefore the langagues have changed too. Verify the language pair. and the termbase would not open... No changes have been made unless it refers to language locale.

Go to Termbases in your Project Settings and make sure that the languages are all specified. If you see something like this then choose the language that should be used:
The problem might be if you have a termbase that is using a specific language variant like en(US) for the termbase and the project is en(GB) for example. Termbases don't have to be language specific so you could just use EN with no variant and then all the flavours work... if you want.
Maybe this is the problem?
