MultiTerm 2017: not able to store new Term entries

Hi,

I have installed SDL Studio 2017 and SDL Multiterm 2017 Package yesterday.

The installation of both items ran smoothly. Today I tried to use the Multiterm 2017 by entering new terms.

Everything, i.e, adding, editing storing new terms works but when one closes the Termbase file at the end of the  of the Multiterm session, the follwoing error message appears:

  

After multiple attempts I had to close the session by closing (killing) the Multiterm Window clicking at "X" at the top right corner.

I lost about 50 new entries and roughly two hours of time.

It could be one of those "teething problems" of not yet mature piece of software.

Kindly advice how to proceed please.

Some information about my System: I am using  - Windows 10, 64-bit version OS, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB HDD.
