MultiTerm 2015 Desktop doesn't start after successful installation

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have a new PC with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit preinstalled. 
 
 I successfully installed and activated Studio Freelance 2015 and Studio works fine now on my new PC. 
 
 I also installed the latest version of MultiTerm 2015. The install wizard said that the installation was successful. But when I started MultiTerm Desktop, nothing happens, meaning that MultiTerm doesn't open. 
 
 When I start MultiTerm 2015 convert, the application crashes and I receive the Windows error message saying: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: type". 
 
 Does anyone know how to solve this issue, so that I can start MultiTerm 2015?

Dear Eric, Could you tell me if by any chance you have a Canon printer?
