What a timing... Yes, reliability is a problem, as I discovered yesterday:
community.sdl.com/.../15536
Personally I LOVE built-in solutions and HATE using 3rd party tools like Xbench... but this problem is a BIG minus :(

Ah, and the built-in inconsistency check actually checks for TARGET inconsistencies only, while the question is about the opposite.
