Studio allows regexes to be used specify the file structure for a TXT file (Inline tags and Document structure), is similar functionality also available for Word documents?

You mentioned DSI earlier so this is why I mentioned it. If you have it in the source document then it is automatically picked up by the advanced display filter, like this:

It's not the ADF that can't use it, it's probably the word filter. If there is no structure picked up in the word filter then the ADF will have nothing to use.
