I received an MS Excel (XLSX) file and the cells contain text similar to this one:

and I would like all the hashtags to be converted into placeholders to get a correct match of the words to be translated.

Can someone suggest a Regex pattern to convert the hashtags (in red here above) into placeholders?

I made some attempts in Excel File Type (Embedded content - Enable embedded content processing) but I couldn't find the solution.
