Errors when trying to import an .adoc file for translation

I have added a new adoc regex filetype and when I try to add an .adoc file into a project I get this error:

Similarly, when trying to open an adoc file in Welcome page, I get the following error:

You have created rules that are tag pairs. But the file doesn't support the use of tag pairs because each line is separated by a carriage return. The only way you can handle this is to use placeables, unless the opening and closing tags are on the same line, or the same paragraph (lines without a carriage return).

In theory you should be able to do this sort of thing:

Because the line is this:

* [blue]#this is a blue text#

And even format it:

To achieve this:

This is great of course. But it looks a bit buggy to me (maybe Patrik Mazanek is aware of this already?) because this one rule picks up all the closing tags despite there being no opening tags that match the pattern:

So if you add any more rules you'll get an error.

So the best approach is going to be to use placeholders... for example:

\*\s\[[^]].+?\]#

Like this:

This will work and you'll have to pay around with the advanced settings to get what you need:
