JSON file parsing help to exclude some text

Hi All, 
 I am totally new at trying to parse json (any) files and have two of them from a client that a few of us have spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out. We are using Studio 2021 
 In the snippet you can see from the Notepad image how the text is set up in the json file. When I process it in Trados without changing any of the default settings, it is parsing out the text to be translated perfectly, but it is also including the text between #{{}} which does not need to be included. Any help in getting this figured out would be very much appreciated.

I set the folder to expire. I didn't figure it out however the client uploaded the file to Transifex and when I downloaded the xlf from there, it was parsed out correctly so I wound up using that file.

 The sample file isn't there anymore. Did you mange to figure this out?
