Case-sensitive verifier check

The image below correctly flags what it is designed to flag: strings such as ABC/DE/FGH/123.

But it's also flagging segments with URLs. I don't understand why a segment with "mepyd.gob.do/.../boletin-pobreza-monetaria-a7-no9" is being flagged, since there is no string where there is a capital letter or a number at the start of a word. Is there something I'm misunderstanding in terms of how regex works in Trados?
