The first and last tags in the segment is missing

Question

Hi, 
 
 I've been using regex to set up the tags with [], {}, and <> in the embedded contents setting of bilingual Excel. But I recently found out that if the tag is in the head of the segment, or the last of the segment, then it is missing in the editor. Is it because of some sort of default setting?

This is how I set up the regex. Please let me know how can I fix this.

Juhwa Lee If I understand you correctly this by design and when you generate the target document - those tags go back to the start and end of sentence. If you filter for all content - you will mostly likely find what you are looking for In some cases you can at times mark these up as inline tags
